Im interested can anyone tell me if this is compatible with 2 non superclocked GTX580's? I was looking to add a 3rd card but not sure if there is a draw back to mixing.

it will work no problem. The superclocked + model just means that it is slightly overclocked from eVGA. it is the same PCB design as non superclocked models.
