Refurb yes. 90 warranty. But 200.00 off is not bad and they sound awesome. Not quit the Ultra 5.1 Klipsch but very good. When I compared them to my Logitech Z-680's I was impressed with the more realistic sound reproduction from the Kilpsch's. Perfect for Xbox and/or PC.

Sorry to hear that, but many places have those restrictions. Not so much the APE,APO, but the PO box sends a red flag to many. I know as I have a PO box too.
Just checked my tracking, I should have it by friday. They shipped the very next day.
Got mine quick like. Very nice speakers. No damage. The bass is more accurate than my Logitech speakers plus I ordered up the SWS subwoofer as you can daisy chain up to 16 subwoofers. I think 2 would be more than plenty as one rumbles the entire room.
Keep in mind that these speakers are pure digital and in order to utilize the full potential of these speakers for a PC you must have a Athlon system with NForce 2 or 3 chipset which is the only PC chipset that outputs in pure digital form. All others convert digital to analog including all Soundblaster cards. You can still use the analog setup and it will still sound great but you will be missing out on what these speakers can really do.

If they sell out, Amazon is taking orders for it $149.95. It doesn't say if it's refurb'd or not.

I ordered these and just received them. If they're B-stock, I can't tell. They look brand new. I've only connected 2.1 of the speakers so far, but they're already sounding nice.

I've got a set of the older (normal looking) style Klipisch ProMedia 5.1 for my own PC, was hoping to get these for my GF for Christmas or her birthday. Great find, just wish the website worked.

I did get mine and they just work great. Not even a scratch. Half Life 2 rocks on it as well as other games.
