Check out Tirerack.com for "99' Lexus LS400", the Satisfied Pro OEM pads are only $8 (front). i don't know if it's a typo, or not. but i don't see why i shouldn't share this with the Lex community.

I checked the same pads for a 1994 LS 400 -- 25$.

These are the cheapest brand they carry, but for pads, they should do ok. At 8$ I would definitely order a set or two.
