Your getting a decent 5.1 Onkyo receiver, upscaling DVD, and speakers for $119.99 with new registration at clubonkyo. Or $129.99 without new registration.

Reviews at Amazon are pretty good. Price for a new unit at Amazon is $275.00 w/o the DVD unit. Does not appear to support HDMI but does support Component.

$40.00 more for 2 year extended warranty.

Silver is expired. Back to $299, the black version is available for $169 or $159 for new registrations. Still a good price.

Received mine today, had to costs them $30-$40 to ship both packages. Even comes w/ a 1 yr warranty. Still unknown what I'm going to do with it, perhaps give it to the boy when he gets his own place later this year. Killer deal.
