On the "Secure Checkout" page where you select your method, select PayPal and click on the "Next" button.
You will be taken to the PayPal Login page where you can login to your PayPal account. You will see a message here that tells you may be eligible for cash back. Enter your password and log in.
Review your information on the following page. Here you will see a message to inform you if your purchase has qualified for the cash back promotion. To ensure that your purchase is eligible for the offer, it must be completed no later than September 30, 2008. To receive the offer, you must use a U.S. PayPal account in good standing. The maximum amount of cash back per PayPal account is limited to $25 USD.
