Most stores do not allow employees or staff to participate on the BF deals.
By law they must sell what they promote on BF to their customers only.

Yeah I know what you mean, every year my sister buys a ton of BL Friday stuff at Best Buy where she works..... the managers allow the employees to put stuff on the side and purchase them on the their breaks. While its not right and I dont know of a single store that does does not allow their employees to purchase the sale items. I spent 5 years at Radioshack and the regionals used to allow employees to purchase items before the store opened, same as when i worked for Circuit City.
