I did this a couple weeks ago but the restaurant I went to gave me a surcharge of $5. I don't know what the hell that was, it wasn't a tip or tax. I think it's because of a coupon thingy.

I use Restaurant.com all the time.

Just take into account that tax + tip usually adds another 30-50% to the final bill. For example, I had a $100 dinner discounted to $50. But add $10 tax and $20 tip, and that $50 bill totalled $80 with tax+tip.
