Site won't take my Canadian address but I had one shipped to a US friend for remailing. We'll see what happens. In meantime my local Lexus dealer gave me a spare 2010 one 
BTW I hate the format of the Lexus website on line manual; it consists of 50 or so individual pdfs with the links not working between them and the search function basically returns everything.

info didnt work for my is350. there a link for "Online Owners Maunal" but couldnt find a order form. I did call lexus information and was able to get one that way.

just a FYI ... maintenance/service records are also available on the website once you've signed up. They are under the "Service" tab.
