jdm strut bar installed today
i got my strut bar today thru dhl, wrapped up all nice and clean!
the thing is, i needed to be polished and i repainted the sides black cuz the gray color wz kind of faded.
well, it wz used that's why. here are some pics....
first, i polished the center piece with this metal gloss polisher i got from last year's auto show.
believe me, this stuff really works!!!

and here's the final project for today.........nice and polished!!
at first, i didn't think it would fit. i had to turn it around and still didn't fit right! i waz like.........what the?
i was thinking........"yes, guys are right by saying the aristo in japan is a little narrow compared to u.s."...
but i thought thy were just talking about the front/rear bumpers fittting.......
well, this strut bar wont just drop right in. you have to force it at the same time, both sides.
you cant just put one side in and other later.......it wont just work. and you have to do some little hammering in order to get it snugged. i wz just hitting it with rubber hammer to be safe and i had to
be careful cuz while i wz hammering it down, i see little metal chips coming off on the studs... luckily, i didnt strip any of them or else..........im f!@#k....!!!!...hehehe
i test drove the car and i felt difference right away. less lean on the front when turning.
it helps a lot on cornering. good jdm aristo part!!! that's why i love JDM~!!!!

Didn't someone here order it from Japan through {-.-} ? Or do you think Ken at KWImports can order it?

Here it is, it is a K-break strut tower bar: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/sho...threadid=99466
Apparently, the sale went pretty smooth and the buyer had nothing but good things to say about {-.-} (Robert). The thread did not state the price, so I don't know how much it would be for the part and shipping.

Both Pianoman72 and I got the STB from {-.-}. I know he has also helped out other CL members, too (I think from the LS forum). The price is around $280, shipping included. The price will depend on how the Japanese Yen is doing against the US Dollar. According to {-.-}, K-Break has a website now, Link to Thread
Indy, good job on the STB.
