use a relay.So when the parking lights are on,they will light up.but as soon as the headlights come on ,the parking lights will turn off.The same concept as hooking up fog lights.hope you can understand this.

To turn off you just move it one terminal 87 87a . You must use a 5 terminal relay, 4 won't work
