Angry What is it called?

I need help finding out what this part is called. Its a tubular looking rod that goes beneath the vehicle in between the right and left wheel in the front. It sort of looks like a tubular hydraulic shock and serves as some sort of stabilizer. It looks shot out and needs to be replaced because I would like it to serve its purpose. This is for my 95 GS300 with a 93 motor. Any info would be greatly appreciated...Thanks! LEX1

I hope you are not talking about the steering rack! That could be an expensive reapir.
