Jmai, yeah, I am pretty sure you're right. Mine has it. The only thing is that I never use the feature because it turns the lights on later than I would do it myself. I think the kit thing is kind of an odd mod, personally. I have never been particularly inconvenienced by turning the light switch to ON.
