Question coilovers,springs,shocks

hi i am getting a set of 19x8.5 front(w245 35) and 19x9.5 rear(w/275 30)and i think i have to drop my car my question is what i need to get , sprngs or coilovers or springs and shocks or coilovers and shocks i have 80k mls on my car also need to know what brand someone told me that i need to change my shocks if im going to put coilovers or springs is that true thaks in advance

I just moved from eibachs to Tein Cs coilovers. Eibachs will offer a small drop, but coilovers will offer an aggressive drop as well as SUPERB handling.
