Would hate to see it, but you could have a new rotor that is warped. I bought a set off ebay and the rears were warped. I had the same problem - car still shook the same after they were installed. I then took them in and had them looked at and all 4 were warped. Evidently I got some used rotors. The new slotted and dimpled rotors were fine though, but it did take a little time for things to break in. The first couple times I pushed the brakes I thought I felt it shake but I think it was a combination of new pads, new rotor surface, slots on the rotors which until worn in grip the pad a little differently, etc. Now it's all good.
Take them in and have them checked. I'll bet one is still warped.

Got the rotors turned today. All of them where worped.3 where off by .003 thousands of an inche.two front and one rear driver side. The passenger is off by .080 + thousands of an inche.I am going to take it back to get another one.Have one stock rotor on for now.The car brakes smooth. No shaken when I brake.hehe.
So when you guys buy new rotors ,it best to get them turned before you put them on the car..
