Default What brake pads are you using?

It seems every kind of pad i try they still sqeak!! Any suggestions of what kind to try next ? Thanks for any ideas!!!

I haven't changed mine yet but i've seen a past thread stated that toyota or lexus pads are the best. sure they are a little more $$$, my brother in-law has a sequoia and had the same problem untill he purchased toyota pads and sqweaking has stopped!

Are you using anti squeal on the back of the pads? Also are you replacing or using the shims?

O.K. i'm goning to order pads thru Carson for all four corners and see if that works. Yes, i have been using the shims and anti-squeal lube. Thanks for the info......

I am currently using axxis metal masters that I got from r1concepts.com. Its 40-50 a set.

I used to have oem pads and those worked well to.

when i bought my car, there were rotoras i think. i dunno, but they squeak pretty bad.... i have that problem too

I got the oem pads from my local lexus dealer.
