1. How much is gas in your city? I filled up today here in Atlanta and it cost me $39 at $2.34 a gallon, and that was midgrade!!! I'm sure it's higher on the westcoast.
2. After i bought the high a** gas i needed something to relieve the madness. I finally sat in the new GS today!! The pics i saw last year of it, did no justice b/c i didn't like the way it look, until i got up close on it They had one in the showroom same color as my 93, burgandy w/cream leather. That's one hot car!!

i was at the lexus dealer the other day, and i too think they look much better in person. the first pics of it didnt really impress me much, but looking at it in person is a much different story. and the cheapest gas here is $2.25, but i use midgrade now and its at $2.35. i sometimes use premium when gas is at normal prices.

down here in dallas, i fill up with $40 bucks and using Exxon 93 octane (always),at about 2.25 a gallon. from the looks of it, sounds like it's not going to get better! i remember back in the day we use to b*tch about 93 octane running at 1.10 a gallon. I sure miss them days now!

WELL, it's rumored to hit $3. I started driving my 94 MX6 again, get twice the mileage of my GS3 and uses 87 octane. if it gets too much higher, I'll start riding my busa, beats all of them in mileage, as long as I lay off the throttle.

I probably only average 10 or so miles a day because I live so close to where I work. If I had a big commute I would be not a happy camper right now, for sure.
Could have bought a larger house farther away but #$%@ that. lol
