Cool

Salvage title??????? Don't be fooled by low mileage, it's still a 12 year old car and things do deteriorate (timing belt, fluids). Who knows what's been done to it with the salvage title.

not really, this cars right outside of my yard, its my cousins. the engine compartment is spotless, we did a carfax, it said it had 8k last milage check, it was an old ladies car, it had some big thick glasses in it. the leather is like new from the dealer, i didnt believe it either until i drove it and sat in it. anyways, someone alreaday bought the car, they offered $9k for it, so its basically sold. salvage title or not, if the car was repaired and maintened well, in some cases it is better than clean title cars. i sold my salvage 1993 gs300 for $6,300k i think about 8 months ago.

Cool

Glad to hear you got a good price for it. Just curious, why did it have a salvage title.

it was hit light in the front, the hood, bumper was changed only i believe, it has its original headlights on it, looks like they were just bought form the dealer. if i had the cash i would've probably had this car . most important, it didnt have any of the symptoms high milage gs300's have, broken cup holders, dry cracked seats, worn out interior, bad trunk shocks, fogging/hazy headlights, fading paint etc.

Sorry, can't post ebay links to advertise for sales you have an interest in on CL per forum rules.
