Default No light on speedometer needle

My newly acquired 95 GS had no light on the speedometer needle. I hear there is a needle light kit that you can change the color of the light. Anyone had link to that kit? The lexus replacement is very expensive from what I hear. How hard to remove the instrument panel, I need to replace a burned out bulb too.

$200 is kind of steep for those needles. It will not be done for a while, lot of things need to be done first like tires, timing belt...
