its official… I finally own a LEXUS! (just a few questions)
Well as the subject line states, its official… I finally own a LEXUS! I bought my GS300 yesterday evening at a used car lot, the only thing wrong with it is that it doesn’t have any cup holders. Cup holders can’t be too expensive/difficult to replace, right? I have had this car for about 20 hours now, and have absolutely fallen in love.
Now I know why Lexus owners are so happy and proud of their cars.
Now for the details of the car... Well, it is a super clean 95 GS300, forest green in color. It also only has 89000 miles on it. The reason I was able to buy this car was because I totaled my 95 Integra, and the 95 Integra had 140000 miles on it, so I will take 89k on a ’95 any day.
As far as mods go, it will be a while, considering I just dropped 10k on this baby… defiantly worth every penny. The only thing that must happen, and happen soon, is the removal of those gross 16” alloy wheels. I would love to replace them with the 17” Chrome rims that come on some 98-01 GS400s… Will they fit? I don’t see why they wouldn’t.
Side by side pics with my dads 99 GS400 coming soon.. I gotta get those pics before I go back to UT for summer school… that’s University of Tennessee, not Texas… GO VOLS!

Congratulations on the new car and welcome to the club
As stated above, the 2nd gen GS rims will definitely fit your car. I had them on my car and many others have them too. Instead of buying them, why don't you ask your dad to upgrade his rims to some staggered 19s and give you his stock rims? Sounds like a win-win situation
