Trunk Release Wire/Breaking into My trunk
I have a 1995 GS300.....Could anyone please tell me what color wire is the one that runs from the front of the car, back to the trunk, aka... the trunk release wire.. Could someone also please tell me which side of the car it is on, as I locked my master and only keys in the trunk, and have no way to open it up until i go to the dealership on monday, to get another key made, but im trying to avoid that. Anyone else have any ideas of how i could get into my trunk... the anti-theft system went off 4 times when the AAA technican was breaking into it, so its all disabled, though i can get in and roam around my car... Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks

My father did the same thing a few years ago in his 94 ls400. We got the keys in about 30 mins by poping the subwoofer / brake light grill up, and fishing around the last known location of the keys with a broom and try to bring them toward you to grab. There was no subwoofer in place when this happened, but hopefully the sub on the gs is installed from the top of the rear deck so you can try this option. I hope this helps you out some .

Thanks to everyone who posted... i was able to take out the subwoofer, after about 45 min of fussing, and spotted my keys within 30 seconds and grabbed them right out of there... Saved me from going to the lexus dealership and wasting 50 bucks on a new key... Thanks again!!
