usually the lights are included with the bumper.

I got my kit and the fogs come with them. Make sure you ask for them. OH and ask for the clips on the fogs.

haha sorry I did not mean to. But yea I know how much it is. I just thought I throw up that price. It does say OBO. Cause I kinda don't want to get rid of it, but at the same time the signature kit really is growing on me.
