My mast broke... so I bought a whole assembly on ebay. I was going to install today, but couldn't get the d@mn original assembly off. Anyone know how to remove this sucker???

well after you remove the 2 bolts (i think) on the inside and unplug the unit the only fastener left is the one on the outside ring around the antenna if u take a good look at the ring you will notice notches cut into it, there is a special tool used to remove it but if you are very careful u can remove it with a flathead screw driver, just put the screwdriver in one of the slots and twist you should see the whole ring rotate it should screw right off!
