In terms of the painting, this may be a foolish question, but are you only able to paint the headlights black? My GS is a dark green, and think that it wouldn't be that bad of match if the headlights sort of matched the colour of the car.
On a side note - Explored your website a bit, and saw foglight halo applications. Not sure what the interest would be for that, but would your company also be able to do those?

Hopefully the light will be in today and we can design this asap.

Lights arrived today, took a while to make something that will fit the hi beam location because its a very odd shaped but ended up coming up with something nice.
