Default Replacing the Factory Stereo -Sound NO GOOD

Hello, I just recently installed a Eclipse Navigation System to my 99' GS 300 and now the sound quality is very bad. I heard from people that this is a result of bypassing the factory AMP (premium Pioneer system). Is this true? How do I get my sound quality back? I heard that the factory system is set up to work best with the factory AMP and speakers? Will putting an after market AMP in there bring back the sound quality of the factory system? Lastly, does anyone know exacty how many watts is the factory AMP and speakers? Please HELP....... i can't stand the sound quality in my car now. Please email me your response at iokchen@hotmail.com. Thanks a lot.

Default hi

You should be ok by taking out the Org. amp. and putting in a new one while you are doing that just change the Speakers in the doors as well.
