Ok brake lights don't work either..I did a little more research and I'm not the only person with this problem. Some guys post up but they never update their threads to whether they fixed it or not so I'm stll stuck. I'd love to take it to a mechanic but the car doesn't even move at all..

Car is for sale but if I fix it before it sells then I'll keep it. If not someone can grab it from me for dirt cheap and fix it for a little amount with more knowledge than I have.

ECU 10amp fuse is for Shift lock system, telephone, power door lock system for passenger seat, seat belt system, anti lock brake system, cruise control system, driving pattern selector switch, traction control system, tilt and telescopic control system, power antenna, electronic cooling fan, instrument panel lights, automatic light control system, power door lock control system.
I'd advise unplugging all the above items or as many as you can and then insert a new 10amp fuse and plug in each item, one by one slowly until the fuse pops again.

Update: Got the car fixed but the ABS light is still on. Brake lights work, windows work, get's out of Park with no problems. I'm thinking do I have to take it to the dealership so they can reset the ABS light? So far so good atleast I can drive the vehicle now and hopefully I don't have to sell it anymore. Thanks for the guys who have helped out!
