Hi Guys,
I Tried Replacing My Broken Antenna In My Gs300 Lexus But I Am At A Dead End.
I Bought The Aftermarket Mast And Followed Regular Procedure In Taking The Broken One Out But Here Is The Problem. When I Tried The Am Lock / Acc Procedure, Nothing Fell Out( The Broken One Was Supposed To) So I Guessed It Was Already Out But When I Install The New One, The Motor Takes It In But It Does Go In Fully (stops Right At The End) .
I Then Realised The Metal Part Of The Old One Was Broken Right At The Very Bottom And Needs To Taken Out Before The New One Can Fully Retract Inwards.

Does This Mean The Chord For The Old One Is Off The Motor But Giving Way For The New One?
I Followed Regular Procedure In Taking The Star Object And Rubber Out. Is There Still Something Else I Take To Unscrew For The Old One To Come Out Fully?
How Do I Get That End Portion Of The Broken One Out?
This Is Weird Cos Antenna Replacement Was Supposedly The Easiest Thing On The Forums.

There's probably broken pieces inside it. It's not that hard.

I'm doing the same thing for my sis' car so I'll probably post the pics of the write-up.
