When I turn on the headlight with out turning on the fog light, the green light (looked like two small light facing back to back) is on. Can anyone tell me if this is the indicator telling one of the light gots a problem or is it something else?

I checked all he lights and only the left fog light is not turn on.

Kinda hard to understand what your talking...greenlight indicator??? Chances are very likely its trying to tell you one of your lights is out, and that light thats out is the foglight. Replace it and see if that solves the problem

if its on the bottom left of the dash then its just the indicator telling you your lights are on

Yes, this is correct. since our instrument panel is always lit, this green light just tells you you have your headlights on. Other cars, when you turn on the headlights the light inside the instrument panel will turn on.
