Question transmission vibration??

hey everybody
I just started to notice this weird vibration through out the car.
When its in nutral it doesnt do it but whenevers its in gear I get that awful vibration when im at a stop or around 1K rpm..you think its the trans mount??Its due for a trans service im about to get that done monday.what do you think it may be?/hope its not the transmission car has 74k and it shifts smooth

Cool

Check engine mounts if it's while stopped. If it's while moving check rotors for warping and brakes for sticking.

thanks ill do that..so do these cars have trans mounts??yea it onlyn dooes it stoped at idle..

Yes! However more than likely it wouldn't cause any vibrations at idle in park or neutral. The motor mounts are liquid filled and only last about 60,000 miles and are a much more common problem. They may look fine, however usually they're cracked open and all the liquid has seeped out.

itryed looking for replacement motor mounts but cant find any..you know where to get them at a decent price?

Yes, however I can't remember if they're different insulators or if you order 2 of the same insulators?

Well, they should be replaced after 60thou miles or so and I doubt your have ever been changed, so it seems like the most logical solution and it can't hurt. Do a search for engine mounts or motor mounts and see what others have said.

I was looking at them today looks pretty easy to change compared to the ones in my camaro..does anybody know the proper torque lbs the bolts needs..
