transmission vibration??

hey everybody
I just started to notice this weird vibration through out the car.
When its in nutral it doesnt do it but whenevers its in gear I get that awful vibration when im at a stop or around 1K rpm..you think its the trans mount??Its due for a trans service im about to get that done monday.what do you think it may be?/hope its not the transmission car has 74k and it shifts smooth

Well, they should be replaced after 60thou miles or so and I doubt your have ever been changed, so it seems like the most logical solution and it can't hurt.
Do a search for engine mounts or motor mounts and see what others have said.

I was looking at them today looks pretty easy to change compared to the ones in my camaro..does anybody know the proper torque lbs the bolts needs..
