kgh: Do you have a pic where the HU is retracted and in the day light???
I understand my only options are the metra dash kit or build it myself. The metra dash kit has a different surface (grain(+) Which i think would look kinda of weird. Any other ideas?? PICS??

Is there a way to bolt your deck into the car or screw it in somehow so if it was to be attempted to be stolen, they would be unsuccessful or it would take a very long time to steal!!

The metra dask kit come with somethin so you can do that. I think it bolts to the dash kit.
Also, kgh, whats that little switch on the left side of the pocket in the kit? Whats it for?

the guys who put my cd player in, put that in too. my dvd player wont work unless the cars in park and all that. but if i flip the switch, it tricks my dvd player into thinking im in park even if im driving(aka i can play stuff while i drive, even though i never will)
