Remove trim piece around ignition key and dimmer switch. Remove 2 screws ont top the the cluster and 2 screws under the trim pieces. Pry the top of the cluster down and the pull it out.

needles
Yes you do just pull off the old needles and put on the new ones. Becareful pulling them off, It might seem hard and they dont wanna come off but they do. Then just put in the other needles nice and secure.

it actually makes it easier, if you remove the trim piece. there are two bottom screws that hold the cluster in place behind the trim piece. I'm actually in the process of removing my cluster and replacing the needles right now.

One of my needles is going out too, and both of them are also sticking
I have to do a "drum roll" on my dash to get them going every day. Will this be corrected with the new needles?
