Default anti-lowering

Hey guys just gotta 99 gs4 and loving it. Im brand new to this club so hello to all. One of the things that I truely love about the car is the silky smoothness of the ride. I want to get 19x9.5 rims all around so I can have a 3inch lip wheels on the front. My questions are do you guys think lowering is really necessary with 19's and if it is, then what springs do you guys reccommend to achieve a drop without sacrificing ride quality. Also, what offset for the front would I need? thanks for the input in advance.

1. Welcome to club lexus
2. Yes, lowering is very important if you're remotely thinking about changing your wheels.
3. There are many spring, and coil over options depending on your budget.
4. You're in the wrong forum, you're posting in the first gen forum.
