Default Rack and Pinion Leaking, Tie Rod bent.

I went to get my suspension done Wednesday. RSR springs and KYB shocks. I took it to a place my friend had told me about, and the guy charged me about 250 to do it. So I get my mom to come pick me up because as everyone knows, suspension isnt a 30 minute job. So, I call him up at about 5 because I dropped the car off at about 9am. So he says they are doing the alignment, Im like awesome, Ill be there in a little bit. So I get there and it turns out my new exhaust is blocking my rear alignment bolts, no biggie, they some how work around it and finish the rear. When they get to the front and start working, they find out my driver side Tie Rod is bent. I start thinking, what in the world did I hit that would bend the Tie rod and not damage anything else?! Then I remember what happened, which is a whole other story I wont get into.
I need help though. What Tie rod do I buy? The right, or left? I never can figure this stuff out.
Also, my rack and pinion is leaking, and although they said I SHOULD buy a new one, do yall really think its necessary? I figure, why not just find where its leaking and check and see if its a gasket or something first. If I do need to replace the rack and pinion do you guys no where I can pick one up? I know they are expensive and thats why I would rather not replace it...Im broke.
Let me know what yall think.

I'd call Carson Toyota for the tie rod. As for the leak, you should figure out where it's coming from first. You might just need to tighten down a bolt.
