distrib. rotor is extremely easy. make sure if you change the rotor get a cap too while your at it.

but spark plugs are a Pain in the bung hole. You have to remove the entire throttle body.

i worked at a toyota dealership tuning up 2jz's and now i work at an exclusive Lexus bodyshop and letme tell you:

IT IS A PAIN nothing too out of this world, but just all the parts you have to take... i really wouldn't recomend this to a noob or a first timer... maybe you have a friend mechanic; ask him to SHOW you how to do it and watch carefully. =,]

I've done it myself...and I'm no professional mechanic but I have gone to school for it and such and know my way around the tools and the engine bay....and changing the plugs, was still a major pain in the ***...and furthermore, how much of a pain it is is what has been making me procrastinate changing the valve cover gasket. That is why I'm looking for a 2jzgte intake manifold and throttle body, it'll be worth it for turboing it later and it makes changing the plugs and wires sooooo much easier...lol.
