Default Engine Running Temp decreaser

I'm in the process of doin a coolant flush right now. I've been recommended Water Wetter to decrease the running tempareture of my engine. Anyone have any experience wit this?? I saw something at NAPA, a blue liquid for 14$$$.

What are some of the benefits of this??

Doesn't work really... I have used it with straight water. Same results... I wouldn't recommend against it... NOT for it... but... it won't hurt... You are better off using a little less coolant and more water for better results. That is the whole trick of water wetter.

The only one I have heard to "work" is evans NPG, that is purple.

I would save the $14 and put it towards an oil cooler if you are really pushing your car that hard.

Water Wetter will have nothing to do with your air conditioning.

a 50/50 mix with a proper ammount of water wetter will do a lot

a blown radiator hose on a track day and luckily a replacement at a nearby parts store + 50/50 and water wetter, the car really did run cooler, the person had an acurate water temp guage.
I didn't personally witness the readings, but an elated, pissing his pants over it, happy friend loves the stuff after that.

Cooler engine temp, won't that make the a/c work a lil better?
