Default Wanted Opinions on Custom plate and JIC exhaust pix

So my wife was driving this car and wanted a custom plate. This is what we came up with. The car has since been passed down to me. I sorta like the plate but it really seems almost too vain. What do you guys think.
Also I picked up JIC bullet stainless/ titanium exhaust on fleebay and installed it. I dont like the way it looks. I dont like to see the mufflers. I know its hard on these cars but....
what do you think of that too ?
Seems like it would be cool on a 350z or other two door sports car but this just looks to civic ricerish.

Thx

I like the plate! I'm not really feeling the exhaust. Like you said, it sits so low that it shows the entire muffler. That's why I'm laying low on exhaust right now. Otherwise, your car is definately coming along.

For some reason, exhausts without a body kit remind me of this clip

LMFAO!!! HAHAHAHAHA!
Mine is just like his, except mine it tucked up just a little bit more. You can see its there, but you can only see the bottom half of the muffler....plus it looks badass from the back.

yeah, he's right, it would look alot better if you had a back kit to cover some of the exhaust, it's way to noticable.

Looks nice!!! I don't think its all that bad. Doesn't look like you are going for the luxury look, and more sportier so the rims compliment the exhaust nicely! or Vice Versa

I could raise the cans a little bit but I would need to cut and weld the pipes for the cans but im not really into cutting up a $1400 exhaust system.
Im not a fan of body kits on any car. I have seen a few that I like, but not any for the JZS147

Oh and yea im going for the pseudo luxury sports sedan style. It carries 5 people has a bumpin stereo and mobs with the mustang crowd.

Abear, what exhaust do you have ?

LexAristo, I have no idea why that video remids you of cars at all but its funny as hell.

I for one don't think it looks bad....I mean if you are really concerned with it looking like a luxury set up then find something different or do a full custom exhaust with a suitably luxurious muffler and have it all tucked up looking nice. If on the other hand you are doing much more performance wise... keep it. I like it. My .02.

The plate....hmm not my style in the phrasing, but otherwise I like it.

I am doing alot more to the car. I am building a GTE motor right now. Aiming for 550-600 RWHP
BBK up front, new rims, new paint, new interior etc...

Ok. You haffta understand that the plate is supposed to represent the finished product
..once the motor is built, the new interior installed, dressed in fresh paint, nice beats...etc.

I mean, this is one sexy ride that has a lot of potential.

I agree that the exhaust needs to tuck more, but it sounds good. Well, it sounds better than open exhaust. That's when I handed EG8 the keys...

If anyone has other suggestions... or comments, let us know.

hmmm well after hearing about the the eventuall gte swap, I guess the plate fits more....although I thought it was fine....just that I wouldn't have put that on it....not that it's bad. I think it would look fine with the exhaust tucked up a little, but I agree, cutting the 1400 exhaust...not my first choice either. Could go the custom route, then you get exactly what you want. I still think it looks nice though.
