hey guy this what you need to do
forget about a deep cycle battery ,forget about a cap, and just do the big 3 .,which is add and extra wire from the + battery terminal to the alt, add a bigger ground wire from the - terminal to the frame of the car, and also the body of the car .it makes the electrical circle complete make sure you use 4gauge wires

So Even with My 1jzgte i have had problems! I got a stinger Battery now and At first though i had all these techs from battery shops tell me it was the allternator and then the allternater techs telling me it was the batterie! So Finally a Allternator rebuild place to a look at it and said it was fine! So he tried making me a new pully that was smaller and now my problem is fixed! New pulley and my stinger Battery ! I had to go stinger because they are small ! A full size battery does not fit in my tray because of the up pipe from my front mount intercooler is i bit in the way!

wow im installing a HU, 2 amps, 2 12" rockfords this week too..once i get the wire diagram for the stock wires. to findout which are speaker wires and anttenna... i guess i will be running into these problems huh.
