Post a thread in the "Wheel And Tire" forum. I'm pretty sure you'll get the answers there

What is the width of the rims?

Mine are staggard. 18x9 fronts with a 245/40/18 and 18x10 rears with 275/35/18

Same here! With this tire combo, makes both profile look even. I've seen rears with 295,285, 265 also. Just depends what look and ride you want.

275's are as low profile I can go here in the Chicagoland area too many potholes so you need some meat on the tires to mitigate bending the rim.

My tires are the Vredestein Ultrac (same automotive designer as the JZS147 body) they are sticky and perform very nice for an ultra-high performance tire. They are not cheap.

I was going to go with NITTO NT01's all around but I want to be able to drive in the rain. The NITTO's are DOT approved so they are street and strip capable. Larger tires do cost a lot more, that’s the only downfall. Others use Bridgestone drag radials combo/staggered setup also on many of the local SC and MKIV pushing 500hp to 900+hp. Kuhmo ECT’s(I think) are also excellent and reasonably priced.
