Default Whats the advantage of a Front strut bar

its decently affordable and i would like to know if its worth purchasing, so what does it do for your car???

You can get one for under $100 for sure. I think adding one is of the cheapest/best mods you could do, but essentially it stiffens up the chassis and reduces body roll which equals better handling through turns.

yup thats true i was going to say increases rigidity but that just about sums it up!

does not affect body roll. stiffens the front chassis by completing the "box".

Imagine this. the engine bay is like a tupperware (plastic) bowl. with the lid off, you can squeeze it and deform it. put the lid (strutbar) on. can no longer squeeze it, it retains it original shape. same thing on the car, in a turn as the suspension loads up the strut towers flex inward.. resulting in a softer turn in and mushy feel, at least compared to how it feels once you have the strut bar on.

definitely a good mod.
