exhaust from 1st gen to 2nd gen

i posted did question on the 2nd gen gs section and nobody knew if the 93-97 catback system would fit a 98-05 model. i am trying my luck to see if someone has tryed this before.

You could prolly do it, I mean, my whole exhaust is custom.
It would probably be easier to find an exhaust for a 2nd gen though....or even make your own.

ok, let me explain. i have 2gen gs with borla exhaust. i once had a firts gen with catback system and i now have the catback system from that car. so i was wondering if anyone has ever tryed to install 93-97 on a 98-05
it looks like it would fit, but not sure.
