Parts source links and Tranny AT to 6spMT swap
I've seen this question come up so many time in both CL and SF forums so I thought I'd post the link and some things you should be aware of. No matter which way you go high-performance tranny conversions will not be cheap.
AT to 6spMT swap... but its for the MKIV. However it will give you some idea of cost, effort etc..
What you also need to be aware is the 6sp Rear Diff is wider, therefore you'll need shorter axles. Also its likely you'll need a custom driveshaft, mounting flange too. rearranging the Trans tunnel may need to be performed. The JZS147 Transtunnel is narrower than on the MKIV.
Then lets not forget the clutch resivour location too... and mods to your shifter and console.

Execute a search for AT to 6spMT swap below is one of the links with detailed description.

The SP400 Auto/Man is a 3sp. this is cheaper and fun to drive. you shift without the clutch but some of you like using all four limbs to drive a car.
One thing, tranny tunnel for JZS147 is very narrow. its likely the TT-6spM will require some reengineering of the trans tunnel. For the SP400 for sure you will have too.
Again folks use that search function for both CL and SF to find your topics of interest or trying to research problems and or how too etc..
