Default More On Control Arm Bushings and Now Engine Mounts

I have done quite a bit of research for bushings for the lower control arms, they strongly resemble the upper torque arm bushings out of the Saab 9000. The break apart pretty quick too. Has any one had any luck with any companies for the parts like Energy Suspensions, I don't see our car listed, and i can't justify the 65 dollar cost for each of them for the rubber units. How much are the Daizen bushings? Even if they were a few dollars more, I'd go for those, I'm sure they'll last a hell of a lot longer. Also, can anyone tell me if there is an alternative lower engine mount to use, I know that Lexus used hydraulic units that keep the ride smooth but also get leaky eventually, has anyone designed solid mounts.

Yeah I think the hole in the frame needed to be enlarged to 9/16.

9/16 I think I can manage that. Do the mounts have to come from a manual/auto turbo/NA car? Or does it really matter?

Twin Turbo. The motor should be about .25 lower than the GS when installed.

How much are the control arm bushings? Are you getting urethane or rubber?

Exclamation

I startd a thread along time ago about this..If you want your car to feel like a new car and you have over 100k miles, replace your 2 engine mounts and tranny mount..The engine mounts are liquid filled and with time they break and causes your car to idle a bit rough and you feel vibration in the steering wheel..This one of the best things you can do for yor car..

2 grand in some change both upper and lower control arms, rods, ball joints , my car is really f-up but she be home this week, 800 dollars more
If your getting all that done with lexus(toyota) parts ,the is about right..You will notice an instant difference as soon as you drive it..Balljoints tend to go bad after 90k..
