Hi guys,
I have the same issue and im hoping someone must have figured out a solution. I installed new: front inner and outer tie rods, front sway links, front main arm bushing. Front feels really strong and solid. Then installed tanabee sustec pro coilovers with ruff racing 19" 245s front 255s rear. Also installed new rear: sway links, trailling arms. So all was fine untill now im getting the swaying feeling and its pretty ovious, over pot holes, if i accelarate quick and if i release throttle quick it feels like a draft of wind pushes the rear end... remember all was solid and fine after all new parts installed and just now its starting this weird issue... all wheels are balanced tires are new 35 profile.. im really bumed here with the issue. Running gte swap with single and stock aristo auto, open diff still. Only 145000 miles on body and was really well taking care off. So can anyone suggest my next fix? Thx guys i learned some much from reading around this forum, which got me to this point if my build.

Sounds like the traction rod(s) are bad. Its on the rear of the car on either side. Kinda looks like a long tie rod end. There is one on the left and right side. You'll know which one is bad depending on the pull direction. Think they also call it the thrust rod

Thx 2GSC300, after some online research this is what found: Arm assy, rear suspension, no.1 & 2
OE number 48710-30110 for the Control Arm
I havent inspected my car yet to comfirm this is the issue but it makes a lot of sense so im trying to find a supplier for this part number and no one online seems to carry it in usa, anyone know a reliable supplier to buy this part? Thx again

Battle Version makes adjustable traction & toe rods for our car. $200 a pair on their website

Hey JamPatGs, just to be sure, its not the actual control arm (upper or lower). The part I'm referring to attaches to the control arm. Like mkiiisupra said, Battle version makes a set of traction and toe rods. Thats a good price and they are adjustable.

Im going to take a good look at the rear end tomorrow and see what is off! Then will start shopping, i do like the adjustable rear toe part but all i have installed so far is oem and i dont plan on running a very low ride.

Well this was my firts time posting here since i got the gs 1year ago and very happy with the quick response, thx
So very soon i will bring a build thread to you guys describing this long road! Have to say im really happy with the gs so far, about to install usdm 550s with safc2 and 12volt mod on a relay. Lol

Thx again
