I just installed my eibachs and KYB/GR2s. The ride is close to stock but just
a tad firmer. I also put on 19s and that mad the ride a lot harsher, drasticly
more than the springs did alone. Still nice, but you can feel the road a good bit
more. The eibachs don't DROP your car, the just lower it a little, makes it look
"right" instead of 4x4 look:
I am guessing that stiffer suspension and bigger wheels cause more stress on the rest of the suspension components such as ball joints and controller arms?
I suppose I will need to check on my suspension more often than with stock springs and wheels.

Theoreticly yes, but I wouldn't worry about it. Just check it once or twice
a year, or take it to be aligned, and they'll check it for you.
