Clearly the magtune turns random blue dots into aligned blue dots. Supposedly supposed to aid fuel economy. http://www.e-comtec.co.jp/pdf/magtune/mg.pdf
So, man in dark says fuel line, not transmission line.
I think there was a similar product claiming to magnetically alter structure of gasoline to improve fuel economy/etc. that was shut down.

full & semi wipers
the normal parked state of the wipers is tucked under the rear of the bonnet
(or hood) the semi moves the wipers up a fraction and is designed for when it snows to avoid burning the wiper motor.
Clever eh. really useful in the south UK. I saw some snow once i think it was 1985......
