Default hard wiring a turbo timer

Well I tried to hard wire a Turbo timer (apexi) last night however, I ran in to some problems. I'm not sure which wires need to be spliced exactly... I got the power and ground, and I'm not sure which IG1 and IG2 are.. I tried to follow a similar harness i had (hks TT-3) but since they didn't have a TT-4 in stock I am forced to hardwire. Could someone tell me which the blue and red wires off the apexi unit should go to on the steering ignition connector?

I got it going but the car would not stay running the power would stay live in the car though until the timer ran out though.

Help!!
