Guys,
My cassette player ejects the cassettes when the headunit gets hot. This happens more often than not on days where the temperature outside exceeds 80 degrees, and the car is running for more than 1/2 hr.
Interesting thing... if I turn on the AC, the headunit stays cool and the problem doesn't occur. SOOO, I do believe this is heat related.
Have you ever experienced the problem in your first gen, and is there a solution (aside from purchasing a new headunit, ice cubes, or an air-air cassette intercooler ;-)
