Default How are the Ohlins Coilovers For 1st Gen GS300

I just bought a used set of Ohlins Coilovers for my 95 GS300 on Ebay. I bid with no intention of winning but I guessed I'm wrong. Anyway, I know Ohlins make high quality coilovers but don't know how good it is with the 1st Gen GS. Any feedback on this coilovers would be great. I'll put it on no matter what. It's just that I was going to get the Tein CS coilovers, but this Ohlins came accross on Ebay. I won for $256 and with shipping it came out about $320 total. I don't think you can beat that for a high end coilovers system even if it is used. The seller stated that there's no leak what-so-ever. I'll give an update once I install it on my GS.

As I mentioned earlier, I bid with an intention that I was not going to win, unless it's an awsome deal. All I knew was that Ohlins are known for their coilovers. As for this particular coilovers system for the 1st Gen GS, I have no clue how they are. But then again, I can't go wrong with a well known brand for $256.

That type is not infinitely adjustable for height, but rather you have 4 or 5 grooves you can put a snap ring in to seat the lower perch. The plus side is they do not get all funked up like threaded coilovers do.... I hope you can find a height that you like..

Thanks for the info. I was wondering what you meant by finding the height the I like? Is it difficult to adjust the height with this coilovers?
