Fitting an aftermarket front bumper....the HARD way!
#34
It's an aftermarket front bumper. Most aftermarket front bumpers will not fit perfectly anyways. Like he says in the first post, "This kit was from a car in Japan, had been installed, hurt, fixed, hurt again, and the car finally bought by a US company to cut into a front clip."

I am amazed and impressed on the work and creativeness that went in to This project! Let that be a lesson to us all with buying cheap aftermarket body kits! there are tons of companys and only a handfull actualy build them to bolt right on! Great job!

Thanks for all the props ya'll...!! I don't get much chance to work on my car these days, so I try to make it count when I do something... I have a few more posts up my sleeve, I did all LED lighting all around, and I did a full leatherseats.com install as well. I will makes install threads for those soon. I also have power folding mirrors to install, and a bumper/fender pole to install soon. After I get those done, I will be making a big brake upgrade, and removing the Supra TT front calipers. That will take a little bit more time than the other projects as I have to develop, CAD, CAM, program, machine, test, and anodize the aluminum adaptors for the calipers that I will be using. Does anyone have an extra rear spindle assembly laying around? I would rather not have my car on the lift dead for weeks!

I have started a BBK using wilwood rotors, hats and 4piston calipers. I drew up the bracket in CAD and have tried to get estimates but have been unsucessfull getting responses...
