Default My Sweet Ride...(pics)

Posted these pics over at the lexus ower clubs forum but i thougt i would share them with you guys as well!!...
So here it is! My silver 1993 GS 300 with 102 000 miles, this is my first car ever and I really like it so far! Bought it like two weeks ago.
Had it in for some break and air-filter repairs the other day which totaled about 600$, expensive but worth it!
Since these pics were taken i have already started changing out the gold details/logos for new chrome/silver ones.
What do you guys think?

I hate being such a noob but what does OEM mean? and the guy i bought it from said he put on the rims (American Racing) and changed the tires not too long ago! Are you saying that those rims are smaller than 16"? that makes them super small, how sad! lol

Hey! Seize btw.. You are in San Diego? me too! maybe you can give me some tips on where to go and stuff to keep it in shape?

Welcome to the board bud. Go to the sidewall of your tire and read off the numbers should be something like 225/60-16. Write it down and post it up and we will tell you if they are smaller than 16. The last number is the rim size that sit inside of the tire. Your car is very clean from the outside, but you need a drop bad.

Your car looks just like mine! Only your rims are smaller and your paint is in good condition from the looks of it lol.

OEM means Original Equipment Manufacturer, basically, it's just a fancier way of saying stock

Oh, you're from SD too? Cool, cool!

Well, if you're looking for aftermarket stuff there's quite a few places you can check out - Group 5 Motorsport, AutoFashion, Rev'd Up Kustoms and I'm sure there arre a few others that are slipping my mind at the moment.

...and if you need you car worked on for whatever the reason may be, I have resources for that as well. I have a few friends that work for Lexus and my bro works for a paint/auto-body shop that specializes in servicing high-end lux and exotics.

Thank you Seize for the recomendations! It sounds like you know a lot about these things. Would you mind if i ever send you a message with a question or two about maintenence/car related issues that could be fixed in SD?
