Magnaflow 5" x 8" Oval Street Series Polished Stainless Steel Universal Muffler With Tips

If you like loud, don't get these as they have a low and subtle tone.

No, not loud at all. Like phollerohas mentioned, they have a nice subtle tone. When you rev it, it doesn't sound raspy but has a sustained low rumble which is more pronounced as the rpm's go up.

Full Stainless Custom Exhaust
3" off header > 3" Magnaflow resonator #14419 > No Cat > 350Z Y-Pipe 3" inlet to 2.25" outlets, unmodified > (2) 4x9 Magnaflow pre-mufflers # 11365 > (2) 5x9 Magnaflow Mufflers # 14829

Sound awesome! Very low rumble at idle and not droning on the freeway, wife approved.

My buddy owns a performance shop here in Milwaukee, he custom made the entire piece and tucked it up as high as possible on the car. When he was finished he said never again. I will try and take pics next time it is on the lift.

I have the same setup as sleepr, except I have no pre mufflers, mine just goes straight back to the 5x8s and my exhaust is 2.5 instead of 2.25. It sounds good. I would go take a video of it right now if my car wasnt sittin at work with a dead alternator.
Get the magnaflow 5x8, trust me, with a stock exhaust, or everything else stock, it will sound nice, and if it sounds too ricey for you, you can remove the stock resonators and put something else, or just have them off completly(sp? sorry its late).
I got the magnaflows to ditch my loud *** apexi N1s. The drone is gone, but the sound is still there, not too loud, but when I step on it, the car almost sounds like it has a smaller V8 under the hood.

BUT, if you want to go the easy way, cheap way, and fast way, just remove the resonators, it will sound more like a G35, but a little bit quieter, I liked the way it sounded when I had the resonators removed, so did most people that asked me what I had done to the car to make it sound good.

IF you get the resonators removed, make sure you keep them incase you dont like how it sounds..just sayin.

good thing i have the v8 and can just remove the resonators and put 2x 14829s and then straight pipe it to the X.
